日本へ就労のために滞在するには、教育・芸術・宗教・報道・経営管理・法律会計・医療・研究・技術・国際業務・興行・高度専門職など、外務省の定める一定の職種について在留資格を取得する必要があります。取得した在留資格の内容以外の収益活動を行うことは禁止されております。

In order to obtain a work visa in Japan, applicants should seek residency qualification for specific occupations as designated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs – such as education, art, religion, news reporting, investor, business manager, legal and accounting, medicine, researcher, engineer, international affair, entertainer, highly skilled profession, etc. Work visa holders are not allowed to engage in profit-making activities not related to their visa.
